Teens: Support & Prevention

Programs

Teens Take the Lead: Abuse Prevention Workshops

&Rise is offering workshops through our nonprofit partner, Communities in Schools at Chicago Public Schools throughout the city.

The Teens Take the Lead: Building Consent Culture workshop is designed to empower high school students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to establish healthy relationships, set personal boundaries, and respect the autonomy of others.

By creating a safe and supportive space for dialogue and learning, this workshop intends to foster a generation of youth who prioritize consent, communication, and empathy, thus contributing to a more respectful and inclusive society.

With the tools gained from this workshop, teens will be better equipped to navigate interpersonal challenges, laying the foundation for positive and healthy relationships throughout their lives.

Available for 6th - 12th grade students.

**Please note that we are currently accepting inquiries for the 26-27 school year and will be offering consent workshops on any Monday (minus holidays) of the school year. If you’re ready to schedule a workshop for your school, please fill out the form below.

The Nest: Emotional resilience for Teen Girls

&Rise is offering The Nest program through our nonprofit partner, Communities in Schools, at Chicago Public Schools throughout the city. We are currently recruiting schools for the 2026-2027 school year.

The Nest is a safe space for teen girls to have real conversations and stronger confidence.

The Nest supports female-identifying, trans, and non-binary teens through creative activity based group sessions and one-on-one coaching that build emotional resilience, self-advocacy, and authentic connection. When girls are finished with our program they state they feel more confident about implementing boundaries in their life, making new friendships, and understanding that they are not alone in their struggles. This is how woman empowerment begins.

** We are currently recruiting schools for the winter of 2027. If you’re interested in bringing The Nest to your school, please contact us below.
