Community-Minded Pricing
We offer flexible, hourly booking rates tailored to support both grassroots initiatives and corporate partners:
Registered Nonprofits (501c3): $35 / hour (Proof of tax-exempt status required)
For-Profit Companies & Individuals: $45 / hour
⚠️ Booking Note: To ensure a smooth experience, please include your required setup and breakdown time within your total hourly booking window. A flat, refundable $150 security and damage deposit is required for all rentals.
Availability & Hours
Our space is available for private rentals seven days a week, excluding our dedicated support group and operational hours below:
Mondays – Thursdays: Closed for rentals from 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Wednesdays & Thursdays: Closed for rentals from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
All other morning, afternoon, and weekend blocks are open for booking!
Our Space Rules
Leave No Trace: Renters are responsible for resetting the room and bagging/removing their trash post-event.
A Clean Sanctuary: We are a strictly drug-free and smoke-free facility. Loose glitter, foil confetti, and open flames (candles/incense) are prohibited.
Respect our Neighbors: music and noise are fine but please be aware that we have multiple businesses on our floor. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum.
