For the past six years, &Rise has been a sanctuary for women and girls seeking healing, community, and empowerment. Right now, our community is growing faster than ever, but this economic climate has hit us hard. Major grant funding has been slashed or discontinued for almost everything we do. Mental health, women, girls, domestic violence and sexual assault funding has all been hit and we are feeling the effects, leaving us with a 40% drop in grant revenue this year alone.
When you become a recurring donor, you give us the financial predictability we need to keep our doors open and our services free and accessible. 100% of your donation goes directly toward keeping women afloat during the most challenging moments of their lives. Here is the reality of what it takes to sustain our work:
$700 covers the complete cost of a life-changing counseling journey for one woman.
Support groups are consistently at maximum capacity (we run 12 groups per week), proving how vital these safe spaces are.
Youth programs that served over 1100+ students this year alone, and the demand has grown exponentially.
