🗓 The Day of Self-Love Itinerary:

1. Kickoff: Grounding & Flow We’re starting the morning with a heart-opening yoga session to get our energy flowing! Led by Move Therapy and hosted in the beautiful space at Beyond Yoga, this session is designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind. (Please bring your own yoga mat!)

2. The Main Event: Self-Love Activity & Sips After yoga, we’ll head across the "street" to the stunning Kendra Scott storefront. We will dive into our signature &Rise self-love group activity to celebrate our journeys. While we connect, enjoy fresh mimosas and visit the Kendra Scott Flower Bar to hand-pick a bouquet of fresh, beautiful blooms!

3. Fuel Your Soul Stay energized with delicious coffee and artisanal small bites courtesy of Silvia Tenesaca. To wrap up our afternoon, Sweetgreen will be providing all guests with their signature fresh and healthy salads!
