Virtual Inner Child Writing Workshop for Women

Transformative virtual event where you’ll use writing as a vehicle to safely reclaim, explore, and learn from your inner child.

Join us for a deeply transformative virtual event where you’ll use writing as a vehicle to safely reclaim, explore, and learn from your inner child. You’ll practice seeing with the eyes of a poet: using your imagination and insight as a lens to see your early memories in a non-judgmental and growth-oriented way.

This intimate circle provides a safe and supportive space for women to explore their inner worlds and cultivate deep self-awareness.

This online gathering will provide a safe and supportive space to:

Reconnect with your authentic self: Allow yourself to dream. Surface and strengthen positive memories and old loves. Rediscover your joy, creativity, and sense of wonder.

Develop self-compassion: Cultivate self-love and forgiveness for your inner child.

Establish trust with yourself and others: Explore what makes you feel protected and start to trust your instincts.

Uncover and release childhood wounds: Explore and release past hurts, fears, and limiting beliefs that may be impacting your present life.

Gain valuable insights: Gain deeper self-awareness and gain valuable insights into your emotional patterns.

During this workshop, you will:

Get inspired: Read and discuss a poem from the inner child's perspective to help set the mood and spark ideas.

Engage in guided journaling exercises: Explore a variety of journaling prompts designed to connect with your inner child.

Participate in reflective discussions: Share your experiences and insights in a supportive and confidential online environment.

Learn self-soothing techniques: Discover and practice simple techniques to soothe and comfort your inner child.

This workshop will be led by Jennifer Solarte and Kelsey Hoff. Jennifer is a Reiki Master, Somatic Practitioner, Author, and Trauma Coach, and founder of &Rise. Kelsey Hoff is a lifelong writer with an MFA in poetry, a complex trauma survivor, and a peer mental health advocate.
