A Year of Progress: 2025 Annual Report

We can’t say 2025 was an easy year. However, it pushed us to take some big steps and do more for our community of survivors.

Our 2025 annual report is here, and we’re so proud to share what we’ve accomplished together.

Highlights

We were proud to celebrate our 5 year anniversary in 2025. In July, we moved into a new office space. We also hosted our first comedy night. One of our most notable accomplishments was meeting our end of year fundraising goal for the first time.

Programs

We started a few new programs including our Nest high school group, our Vernon Hills support group, as well as support groups in Indiana. So far, the Nest program has had great turnout and participation from teen girls. Our Consent and Healthy Relationship workshops expanded and reached over 1,000 teens.

Impact

In total, &Rise served over 15,500 women and girls across all our programs. In our free counseling program, we noted a 20% increase in participation from 2024. Additionally, we have served over 130 counseling clients to date.

Here’s an overview of what we accomplished in 2025:

Our support groups served over 5,026 women, which was a 15% increase from 2024.
Our website had over 42,000 visits in 2025 which was double the number of visits in 2024.
Overall, we noted a 40% increase in social media followers, clients, email inquiries, and partnership opportunities.
