EZ Recovery Living provides structured independent living for adults who are transitioning toward greater stability and independence. The program offers a safe, fully furnished, home-like environment where residents receive support while maintaining their independence.

Services Offered

  • Fully furnished shared and private rooms

  • Utilities, Wi-Fi, and laundry included

  • Weekly goal-setting and accountability check-ins

  • Employment support through community partnerships

  • Independent living guidance and life skills development

  • Safe, clean, and structured housing

  • Collaboration with referring agencies when appropriate

Eligibility

Residents should:

  • Have a verifiable source of income (employment, SSI, SSDI, veterans benefits, pension, or agency funding)

  • Be able to live independently with minimal supervision

  • Be willing to follow house rules and contribute to a respectful living environment

Housing Rates

  • Shared Rooms: Starting at $700–$800 per month

  • Private Rooms: $1,000–$1,100 per month (based on availability and room size)

Utilities, Wi-Fi, and furnishings are included in the monthly rate.

EZ Recovery Living serves individuals transitioning from shelters, treatment programs, hospitals, recovery programs, and other supportive environments who are ready for a structured independent living setting.
